1. What we sell
Toolcart sells digital products: OTT subscriptions, AI tool access, software licenses, VPN plans, and education memberships. All products are digital — nothing physical is shipped.
2. Orders and payment
Orders are placed on the website and payment is completed on WhatsApp. An order is confirmed only after payment is received and verified. Prices are in Indian Rupees and may change without notice; the price at the time of your order always applies.
3. Delivery
Delivery is digital and usually instant after payment confirmation. Access details are shared on WhatsApp and in your account's delivery section. In rare cases delivery may take up to 24 hours.
4. Acceptable use
Subscriptions and licenses are for personal use only unless stated otherwise. Do not resell, share publicly, or misuse access credentials. Violation may lead to suspension without refund.
5. Account responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
6. Limitation of liability
Toolcart is not liable for service interruptions caused by the underlying platforms (e.g. streaming or AI providers). Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected product.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Lucknow, India.
